Your data is stored securely within our internal workspace. Access is limited to BANQloop team members who require it to fulfil the purpose above.

Sub-processors: Our workspace platform may process data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28. No data is transferred outside your jurisdiction without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

We retain your email address for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier.
After this period, your data is permanently deleted from all systems.
